Victor J. Troiano
Victor J. Troiano has been practicing law in Lakeland since 1976 after graduating from the University Of Florida College Of Law. He has broad experience in many areas of the law, but now concentrates his practice in the areas of Real Property Law, Probate Law and Estate Planning and Corporate and Business Law. Additionally he has been certified by the Supreme Court since 1989 as a Circuit Civil Mediator and has served as a mediator in numerous cases. He is past President of the Lakeland Bar Association and in 1998 he received that organization's highest award, the Jerry A. Devane Award, for exemplary scholarship, professionalism and collegiality. He has achieved an AV Peer Review rating by his fellow attorneys which is the highest rating that can be achieved, and he was named as one of Florida Trend Magazine's Legal Elite for 2008. He successfully completed the Leadership Lakeland Program of the Lakeland Chamber of Commerce in 1994. He currently serves as President of Troiano & Roberts, P.A.
Vic has been married to Letty, his college sweetheart and wife of over 36 years. He has 2 children and 4 grandchildren. He is a member of Resurrection Catholic Church and has served on the boards of numerous local school, civic and charitable organizations. He enjoys fishing and boating in his leisure time.
Nicholas Troiano
Nicholas Troiano came to Lakeland in 1988. He graduated from Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, New Hampshire. The areas of law that he practices in are Marital and Family Law, Estate Planning, Guardianship, Elder Law, Probate, Real Estate, and Litigation. In addition he has a great deal of expertise in special needs planning for developmentally disabled children and adults, including Special Needs Trusts and Guardianship Advocacies. He is a member of the Lakeland Bar Association. He is currently serving on the 10th Circuit Grievance Committee for the Florida Bar. He served in the Lakeland Downtown Lions Club for many years and is a past president. He served on the board of directors for Volunteers In Service to The Elderly (VISTE) for several years and currently is a director for Central Florida Autism Institute, Inc. (CFAII) which assists area families who are affected by autism in obtaining beneficial services.
Nick has been married to Sonia for over 28 years and they have three children, Christopher, Nicholas and Alexandra. They are parishioners at Resurrection Catholic Church. Nick and Sonia actively participate in their children’s schools and activities. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, exercise, cooking and working outdoors at his home.
Lauriane Ciccarelli
Lauriane Ciccarelli joined the firm in March of 2004. She graduated from Stetson University College of Law in May of 1996 and has been involved in thousands of Eminent Domain cases. Although her practice is concentrated in the areas of Eminent Domain and Condemnation law, she also practices in the area of Real Estate, Estate Planning, Probate, and General Civil Litigation.
Lauriane has been married to Ron Hill for 4 years and they enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends. They both share a love of animals and actively try to assist in helping abandoned pets.
Lauriane is currently on the Board of Campfire USA, which is a youth based organization that teaches leadership skills to young boys and girls.
